Russ exposes companies using fake streams, after not seeing some of the biggest artists in the game not be able to sell out arenas. One of the most surprising releases this year has been CHOMP 2 from Russ. The project was cleverly released on Wednesday, in comparison to the traditional New Music Friday rollout many artists of the industry take.
Looking to express his independence from labels, the Atlanta-based musician broke down the moment he found out most artists have fake streams. Noticing that he’s been able to successfully tour the world and sell out venues, many are not touring even with the machines behind them.
