Russ doesn’t need a roll-out or a time to release music. He does it as his own leisure. That’s evident by how he’s shared the past few songs in his catalog and the fact he drops at random. As he puts it, “Summer at 7” is one of his favorite joints right now, which is why he has chosen to give it to the people. Though we don’t know when a new album will be dropping, he has enough loose music to satisfy fans from here until then.
