STRAAAAAIIIIIITTTTTTT!
Last April, Safaree Samuels was held at gunpoint and robbed of nearly $200k in cash and jewelry. The three alleged men tracked him for the day and followed Mr. Samuels to a parking garage, before his infamous interview with Angie Martinez. Shawn Harewood, Tacuma Ashman and Carl Harry, were hit with a 7-count indictment, after surveillance cameras reportedly identified them.
The NYPD paperwork revealed the indictment included: armed robbery in the first degree and unlawful possession of a gun in the second degree. Following the incident, the three crashed their car and fled on foot, as they were lastly charged with 1-count of resisting arrest.
If convicted, they face a possible maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. We’re not sure who would plot out an idea to rob Safaree, but let us know in the comments what you think.
