Rejoice people: Sampha is about to hit us with that all-important album we’ve been feigning for over the past few years. The London musician is the new cover star of The FADER, in a story that details his collaborations with SBTRKT, Drake and Kanye West, caring for his mother who passed away from cancer and his debut album due out later this year.
As well as talking, he performed a new song called “Plastic 100°C” on the rooftop of Young Turks’ office in London. Give Sampha a microphone and piano and you’re in for a treat.
