We missed this on 4/20 but we don’t need it to be the smoker’s holiday to get some soulful music from Scoop DeVille. On “Higher,” he’s just trying to raise the listener’s elevation with some positive bars and good vibes. In the clip, Scoop is out in nature enjoying the sun and giving out the love to anyone watching. There’s some psychedelic scenes in between, which probably look a little more trippy if you’re medicated.
