Among the many artists dropping new music this Friday is Slim Thug, who will release his new album The World Is Yours. The Houston rapper is sharing one last taste of it today in the form of “Boss Talk,” a collaboration with Rick Ross.
“Ross and I have known each other for a while and he knew I was doing my Boss Life Construction Company (we are rebuilding the neighborhood that I grew up in from the ground up) so he tapped me to hop on the remix of his track, ‘Buy Back the Block’ and he hopped on my track ‘Boss Talk,'” Slim says. “‘Boss Talk’ is just that, two bosses talking boss shit over a G&B H-Town track. This is Southern soul, Cadillac music.”
