Looks like Maybach Music has a new signee and he goes by the name of Smoke Bulga. The Boston native is making his grand entrance to the mainstream thanks to this “Water Whip’n” record, which samples the classic Black Rob “Woah” single. The two post up out in the streets and meet up with the likes of Fat Joe, N.O.R.E., and Jonathan Cheban, who make cameos.
