As if SZA hasn’t received enough accolades ever since the release of her CTRL album, she just notched another incredible accomplishment.
The RIAA has now certified her latest album platinum nine months after its release.
Not only that, but her singles “The Weekend” and “Love Galore” are now both 2x platinum and “Garden” and “Broken Clocks” sit at gold certification.
A very well deserved accomplishment for SZA, especially after how long it took for the album to come out and what she thought of it after she recorded it.
Everyone congratulate the queen @SZA! Her debut album #Ctrl is now certified PLATINUM by the @RIAA! #LoveGalore x #TheWeekend are 2x đżđż each + #BrokenClocks x #Garden are gold! đđ #Ctrl #TDE https://t.co/2gRSbOn3lK pic.twitter.com/z4a6VdFh4q
