Every week it seems like there’s a talented young vocalist from the UK coming out from the unknown. A couple of weeks back we were introduced to “Blue Lights” by Jorja Smith, a talented 18-year old singer from Walsall and based in South London.
Minus a year and move a little further up the country to Liverpool, and you’ll find another great artist called Tayá. The 17-year old has just released her new single “Sweet Waste of Time” which you could class as a bit of R&B and pop. With production handled by George Reid of AlunaGeorge, it makes total sense.
