Last May, J. Cole released his K.O.D. album and held a interview with Angie Martinez. In the conversation, Cole shot down rumors swirling again of the collaborative album with K. Dot. He said the two did songs in the past, but it wasn’t actively happening anymore.
A few months ago, Top Dawg and Punch revealing that Kendrick Lamar isn’t work on new solo music until he’s inspired again (artists take notes). With Cole fresh off a tour and project, it’s looking he’s in need of a break from the limelight to just focus on his Dreamville roster.
This week, K. Dot’s lifelong friend, MackWop (official TDE DJ), shared some eye-raising information regarding both rappers. He went to confirm that he was working on putting together Kenny and Jermaine cuts this year, and is looking to facilitate everything.
