Brooklyn-based singer Tei Shi will release her debut album Crawl Space at the end of the month — March 31st to be exact. Following the first single “Keep Running,” she’s back this week with a video for her latest track, “How Far.” In it, Tei Shi hops out of the trunk of a car in the middle of nowhere, before trekking down a snowy road. Soon enough, the abductor finds her, but she makes a run for it and hides in an abandoned building in the woods.
“It’s really dealing with a point in a relationship that becomes really destructive, really negative and harmful, and the way that we often fall into those cycles out of comfort, custom, or habit,” she says about the visual.
