After Cam’ron and Jim Jones aired out their issues earlier this year, cooler heads prevailed, for possibly the reunion that’s not too late to happen. Last week, Capo teased the group’s reunion, confirming they were readying the release of their “Once Upon a Time” single.
With help from original Diplomatic Immunity album producers, The Heatmakerz, the uptown legends drop their long-awaited cut. Next Tuesday, The Diplomats will also perform together for the first time in years, as they’ll take over RapCaviar Live in NYC with A$AP Mob.
Considering this is the first of many releases the reformed collective have in store, look for the group to make formal announcement plans on Diplomatic Immunity III. Fuck with the track below.
