Coincidentally, a year ago as of yesterday was the last time we saw a new release from The-Dreamm following his fifth studio album IV Play. After sharing a projected filled with promiscuous sexual situations (check them rewinds below), Dream offers up a new positive record entitled “Black.” We’re not sure if the track was just recorded, but his message on twitter a few moments ago and today’s press conference with NBA commissioner Adam Silver handing down a life-time ban of Donald Sterling’s racist remarks last week was a direct response from The-Dream and his views on the touchy situation.
While he’s been playing the backseat to help launch August Alsina under his Radio Killa imprint, we’re hopeful this is a sign for immediate releases heading into the summer.
