Artist: The Game feat. DeJ Loaf
Song: “Ryda”
Producer: DJ Skee
Album: The Documentary 2
Director: Benny Boom
Since its premiere last month from producer DJ Skee, Los Angeles rapper The Game has officially dated his long-awaited sequel for The Documentary to drop this summer. Serving as the first single for the project, Chuck Taylor called up Detroit rapper DeJ Loaf to channel their love for Makaveli’s critically-acclaimed classic All Eyez On Me, with “Ambitionz of a Rida.” Also using influences from his “Me and My Girlfriend” classic, the Bompton rapper invites DeJ out to the West for the heist of her lifetime, but whether or not she’s ready to prove she can be his ’15 Bonnie remains to be seen. After you watch the visual above, look for The Documentary 2 arriving this June 30th.
