One of the more underrated and overlooked talents that doesn’t get enough recognition in the States are UK indie pop band, The xx. Jamie xx, Romy Croft, and Oliver Sim made their way to Indio, California for this year’s Coachella, but this time, on the main stage giving fans an hour-long set. They rocked the stage with hits from their self-titled debut album, including “Infinity,” “Islands” and a modified version of “Cyrstalised.”
Band affiliate, Solange Knowles would also come out during the 16-track set, to help on the group’s cover of Aaliyah’s “Hot Like Fire.” Enjoy the captivating from the The xx above, which includes live performances from their most recent album “Coexist,” showcasing one of the best experiences coming out of this year’s Coachella.
