Unless you’re super confident in the quality of content you make, it’s impossible to make a good flip of a classic from Timbaland and Missy Elliot. Normally, you would receive backlash if you’re not up to the challenge of creating R&B sounds from some of their popular beats. However, that stuck out to us when Tory Lanez released his latest capsule collection earlier this weekend, PLAYBOY.
The New Toronto representative, also displayed talent on a classic track from rap icon, Drake, who is also someone people aren’t comfortable with flipping classic content from. Considering Missy has even teased recent plans of making an R&B comeback, we’re sure the human beat-machine, Timbaland, would also be down for creating magic.
