After serving nearly 8 years, Roberto ‘Tru Life’ Rosado Jr. was released from Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate New York. Following his release, the Manhattan rapper called into Power 105 and spoke with DJ Prostyle for a few moments in his first interview this decade.
With the camerass rolling, Tru went to reveal he’s currently filming a new documentary about his rise, fall and redemption – which is also being shopped to HBO and other major networks. Before ending the update for long-time fans, he went to shout out JAY Z and the rest of Roc Nation, as he’s planning to quickly rollout material in the coming weeks when he’s fully adjusted to normal life.
