The leaders of the MC Battle, SMACK URLTV return with the latest visual installment for their N.O.M.E. series earlier this month. Continuing from the impressive iLL WiLL and DNA outing, we see a rematch for the ages nearly 7-years in the making. Uptown veteran Charlie Clips arrives with his signature ability to freestyle and create some memorable moments on the URL screen, while Baltimore representative Tay Roc will be using aggression to survive in the ring.
