It’s crazy to think, but Usher‘s classic My Way album has turned 25 years old. With it now comes a documentary with some interviews with those who were there. From Usher to Jermaine Dupri to Ryan James Carr, the mini film chronicles the making of the album in 1997 and what it took to release the 7x platinum work of art. It also includes archival footage that’s never been seen before from the album’s era.
Along with the documentary, the R&B superstar just released reimagined versions of three songs from the project (see: “You Make Me Wanna…,” “Nice & Slow,” and “My Way”) from the 25th anniversary special edition. You can listen to two of the three reworked songs by Ryan Carr below.
