Earlier today, VH1’s executive VP of original programing, Susan Levison revealed a new slate of shows soon to hit the network. I Heart Nick Carter, an untitled K. Michelle project, Swab Stories, Walk of Shame Shuttle, White Girls of Rap, and This is Hot 97 have all been added to the lineup of new series for 2014, expanding the network’s success of Love & Hip Hop.
Speaking of which, L&HH executive producer, Mona Scott-Young (of Monami Entertainment) will be the head producer behind This is Hot 97, giving the world an inside look into the legendary NYC-based radio station. Filming for the tight-lipped project has been ongoing since November and will feature radio personalities: Miss Info, Ebro, Angie Martinez, Cipha Sounds, Peter Rosenberg, Laura Styles and others. Stay tuned for more news and a hopeful potential trailer, then look for the series premiere on March 31st at 10:30pm on VH1.
