New album on the way?
Over the summer, Vic Mensa unfortunately had to break news that his long-awaited debut album Traffic was scrapped. The Roc Nation rapper revealed that he doesn’t intend to ever release the archived music and instead will make a more personal LP – to introduce himself to the world.
A few days ago at the 2016 Zumiez Best Foot Forward Finals in Seattle, Vic decided to treat the crowd to new music. Following the politically-charged project, There’s A Lot Going On, Mensa invites listeners back into his world for the new track “Stoner.” It’s unknown if this will be a lead single for an untitled project, but you can watch the full 3-minute performance in full below.
