With his Prima Donna EP coming in the next few days, Vince Staples decides to drop some new music. At the end of his debut album Summertime ’06 there’s a track “’06“ that cuts off at the 52 second mark, marking the end of the album. Today Vince Staples liberates the full version of the track picking up right where the old track left off.
The track was released as a part Adult Swim’s single series, and serves as a good prelude track to Prima Donna, which is releasing this Friday. The production will feature production from James Blake, No I.D., DJ Dahi and more. On the feature side we’ll hear Kilo Kish and A$AP Rocky.
