Over the course of the past few weeks, Wale has been on his grind. He’s released a few solo tracks, remixed a hit single and been featured on a handful of songs. It’s all culminated to the release of a surprise EP titled It’s Complicated, which is a 4-track project with a theme. As Folarin put it:
“I wrote a story about “a” love life …in the midst of figuring out to “go next” …(this message will self destruct)”
The only featured on the effort is Jaquees, so don’t expect big names to carry the newfound free agent on this one. He’s rolling solo dolo and breaking down his own experiences over four new records. None of the previously released songs are on here either.
