We’ve been getting some excellent Tiny Desk Concert appearances lately and the latest is straight from Detroit. Live from the Heaven Studios, Royce Da 5’9″ is rocking songs from his catalog, old and new. From “Good Speed” to “Anything/Everything,” “Dead President Heads” and the classic “Boom,” Nickle Nine certainly brings the energy and vibes to the segment. There is definitely a spark there and a special moment for him, considering it’s the eight-year anniversary of his sobriety. That’s powerful and something to be proud of.
