The PUNK era for Young Thug is upon us and he’s letting fans know. Days after dying his hair pink, he now appears on the NPR segment of Tiny Desk Concert with new music. Live from the gardens of his Houdini Estate in L.A., Thugga is offering a preview of his upcoming album due out in October.
The band Damaged Goods and Travis Barker were backing the YSL rapper during his set, which had a rock version of “Ski,” as well as four new songs.
“Die Slow,” “Droppin Jewels,” “Hate the Game” and “Tick Tock” is what the records are called, the last of which he teased during his performance at Rolling Loud in Miami this past weekend.
Also, the date of October 15 is on his shirt, which is presumably the release date for the effort.
