This week, Yo Gotti is celebrating the release his new major album release, I Still Am. The north Memphis rapper was in NYC a few days ago for promotional run and made a stop by The Breakfast Club. After touching on his new situation with JAY-Z and Roc Nation to help push his CMG imprint, the elephant in the room was addressed regarding his rumored rift with Young Dolph.

Gotti went to say that were really no issues between the two, and said the they never had one argument. While explaining how he only offered industry advice to the fellow Memphis native, he even went to reveal to the Breakfast Club the last text they ever exchanged. The text message to Young Dolph.

“That’s how you gotta approach this shit homie, just gotta stay down and make the right decisions and you can win big. You in a good space in Memphis. but you gotta take that shit from there to the world and it’s gon’ turn into money. I like your grind my nigga; when I was in your position, none of them niggas who could’ve helped me did. Our city fucked up and I’m trying to stop letting history repeat itself and show niggas we can get money together and everybody be on some boss shit.”
