Max B’s First Video Interview in Over 10 Years

Wave almost home. . .

This fall marks the official 10th year since Max B has been locked in prison. After originally being sentenced to 75 years, the Harlem legend won an appeal, which reduced his sentence down to 12 years. At the moment, Max is slated for a 2021 release, but his team is hoping to have him out at some point next year. This week, the Biggaveli released a video interview from prison, marking his first time on camera since the 2009 incarceration. It’s only brief, but he talks about being an inspiration for the youth, even after the years he’s been away.
