EXCLUSIVE: Drake Allegedly Producing ‘Black Mafia Family’ TV Series for 50 Cent

#FreeMeech

If there’s anything 50 Cent may regret in his TV and film career; it may have been prematurely announcing the Black Mafia Family action series three years ago.

Even with the final season of ‘POWER’ airing and a prequel set to pilot next year; the majority interest of the general public has been Kanan’s upcoming BMF series with Starz.

Along with clearance from Big Meech and his family, 50 has already started casting calls and finished a script for the first season. While details on the show are likely to emerge in 2020, more exclusive news emerges towards our way this week.

We’ve been told that Drake is set is allegedly in contract discussions to officially produce the show centered around the BMF camp, who he’s had past affiliations with like Fifty.

This year, we saw The Boy contribute to HBO’s Euphoria and Netflix’s Top Boy, both of which he executive produced. However, joining the Starz Network, alongside 50 for the most-anticipated show on premium networks, could see this show become as big as The Wire.

Since these are non-fictional tales and never-before-told stories that happened dating back to the ‘80s, look all parties involved to confirm this news in the coming months.

Let us know in the comments what you think of Drake executive producing the BMF show.
