With the world waiting for the Anthony Davis to the Lakers trade to become official this week, some eye-raising news has surfaced. Over the weekend, Anthony’s father spoke briefly with Ramona Shelburne of ESPN, on the status of trades regarding his son. One potential suitor, who’s been aggressively pursuing, has been the Boston Celtics. However, what Danny Ainge doesn’t realize, is that he might’ve done way too many moves, that could affect their summer nineteen.
Anthony’s father went to say “I would never want my son to play for Boston after what they done to Isaiah Thomas. No loyalty. Guy gives his heart and soul and they traded him.”
Considering I.T. grinded through a hip injury in the 2017 playoffs and still played a game the same day his sister died in a car accident, this spoke volumes to the rest of the league about Ainge. Let us know in the comments what you think of AD’s speaking on this touchy topic.
