Unfortunate ending to his season

Brandon Marshall has suffered a number of injuries through the Chicago Bears 2014-2015 season, but this last one is the knockout punch. Last night against the Dallas Cowboys, Marshall left the game with two fractured ribs and a lung injury in the second quarter. He left Solider Field in an ambulance and he didn’t return to the game. Now it has been assessed that he will miss the rest of the season.

This makes it the third injury Brandon has suffered this year, with the first being a high right ankle sprain in the season opener against the Buffalo Bills and then a left ankle sprain when the Bears played the Green Packers.

He remains hospitalized and receiving treatment.
