Monday morning, Charlamagne Tha God took a ride up to Connecticut for his first ever appearance on ESPN’s First Take. Things opened up with the discussion of his new tell-all book, Black Privilege, which for whatever reason Max Kellerman was intrigued to learn more.
However, the elephant in the room was immediately addressed, as Stephen A. Smith asked Charlamagne why he made him Donkey of the Day on the Breakfast Club.
While Stephen reiterated that being thrown under the bus didn’t bother him, we weren’t buying those claims – as he didn’t have much of an argument. CTG bringing up why Smith stopped supporting Colin Kaepernick, due to the former 49ers quarterback declining to vote last fall.
