It has been an extended and long recovery for DeMarcus Cousins. The Golden State Warriors center signed with the team following a torn Achilles last offseason and has been nursing, doing rehab and conditioning for his return to the Dubs.
Looks like he’s only a week away from his debut because doctors Steve Kerr and company is targeting January 18 as his comeback date.
Golden State center DeMarcus Cousins plans to make his season debut against the Los Angeles Clippers on Jan. 18, a league source tells Yahoo Sports.

As of last week, he went through a full practice with his teammates.
While he continues to get into game shape, the rest of the league has been put on notice and should be a little shook for what this means during the second half of the season.
