If you’ve been watching the NBA Playoffs lately, you probably caught a few of the commercials for the upcoming first-ever NBA Awards that will air on TNT this June.
The show will take place at Basketball City in New York’s Pier 36 on Monday, June 26 and it is now known that Drake will be hosting the night’s festivities. The ceremony will honor the league’s Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the year, Coach of the Year, Sixth Man Award and Most Improved Player.
This isn’t the first time Drizzy hosts a sports event. The Toronto Raptors global ambassador and self-proclaimed 6 God hosted the 2014 ESPYs, putting on a show for the folks watching.
