A First Look at Las Vegas Raiders Stadium Renderings

Sin City Raiders coming soon?

This week, owners of the Oakland Raiders are making progress in clearing hurdles to legitimately move to Las Vegas. The team officially applied for the “Las Vegas Raiders” trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as multiple tags in preparations for an exit of California.

However, with the patents filed this week, the Raiders still need the NFL to approve the transaction to Sin City, as well as getting the city of Las Vegas to agree on a new $2 billion stadium.

Speaking of which, renderings for the potential site on The Strip, south of Mandalay Bay were also revealed. The Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee proposal will look to the city potentially getting a future Super Bowl, as well as holding events for UNLV after its grand opening.
