EXCLUSIVE: How Kobe Bryant Already Ruined the New York Knicks 2021 Free Agency Plans

Kobe wants no publicity if things go bad

For whatever reason, the New York Knicks coaching search is still going on, after Jeff Van Gundy resigned in 2001. He’s the only coach this century to leave the Knicks on his own, as the prestigious job is still the biggest in basketball. Well, the New York Knicks have been coach hunting and have plans to ink Jason Kidd to a monstrous deal, as well as Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The Greek Freak and J-Kidd have history together in Milwaukee, as Giannis was not fond of how things were handled with his coach’s departure last year. After hiring David Blatt as a team consultant last week, James Dolan is looking to make a run at Toronto Raptors President of Basketball Operations, Masai Ujiri.

Surprisingly, the team isn’t in financial stress, yet, but Dolan is looking to bring better brains to clean up a mess he’s created over the last 20 years. We’re just shocked that the team is banking on Jason Kidd joining them, as they believe he can lure in Giannis.

Well, it’s been told to us, that J-Kidd has zero plans of going to New York, and that he’s with the Los Angeles Lakers (handpicked by Kobe for future head coach). With LeBron James expected to leave the team in 2021 and retire as a Cavalier for the 2022 season, when Cleveland plays host to the All-Star Game; Kobe Bryant is already making plots behind-the-scenes with Jeanie Buss.

While secretly running the team, Kobe’s biggest acquisition of any free agent this decade; has been his long-time friend, J-Kidd. This is the one person he wanted on the team, originally, with Kawhi Leonard – not King James. With Frank Vogel serving as a lame-duck coach for the Lakeshow, until next season; Jason Kidd and Giannis Antetokounmpo will be reunited in 2021 – it just won’t be in Manhattan.
