EXCLUSIVE: JAY-Z’s Plan for LaMelo Ball & LaVar’s Issues with Roc Nation

IT’S THE ROC YOU BASTARDS!

In the past four years, LaVar Ball made his family house hold names, through the promotion of Big Baller Brand. Unfortunately, inner turmoil within business management, lead to Lonzo Ball exiting BBB last year; including taking the reigns to guide his younger brothers.

The Lonzo shoe brand was set to originally be a partnership with Nike; but that looks to be going towards Puma Brand, after the recent deal with Roc Nation.

LaVar is allegedly most disgruntled about Jigga joining the Ball Brothers, now that the star of the family is going to become a top pick of the 2020 NBA Draft later this year. He’s having to keep face about how he feels with Roc Nation gaining benefits before the brinks truck arrives, for the hard work he’s put in with promoting his boys.

This isn’t something he envisioned, with originally wanting all three brothers on the Los Angeles Lakers; but those three could be on the verge making a move to the big apple. Throughout years, LaVar was the most watched person in sports media, becoming must-see TV on FS1’s Undisputed. Lonzo is a restricted free agent next summer, who at the moment doesn’t look like he’ll leave the New Orleans Pelicans.

In a statement with ESPN, LaMelo’s Manger, Jermaine Jackson said, “This was a family decision. This is now an extended family. They put together a beautiful game plan with Jay-Z. The basketball game is about to change. They are going to create something totally new.”

Key words above, the basketball game is about to change. After this season concludes in early September, the league has been already made aggressive plans at making changes to product going forward (multiple mid-season tournaments).

From what we’ve been hearing, JAY-Z is allegedly planning to have LaMelo Ball as the new face of the New York Knicks, when he’s selected as a top pick next fall.

His brother, LiAngelo Ball, is expected to join brother LaMelo wherever he ends up. LiAngelo opted to not play at UCLA after a suspension; and was sabotaged in the draft by not being selected. The biggest misconception is that LiAngelo isn’t NBA-ready, which isn’t the case.

The 21-year-old could make more than half the teams right now; but the alleged international robbery and not going to college blackballed him from the league before 2020.

With JAY-Z already taking stake in making the Brooklyn Nets contenders for next year, the team across the east river in Manhattan is his next big project in expanding Roc Nation Sports.
