Though his contract expires in September, Jimmy Butler and Jordan Brand have decided to part ways with one another, making Jimmy Buckets a sneaker free agent. There are several brands, including Puma and New Balance, who will be courting for his services, but no details or hints have been teased by his side on where he’s going.
Butler has been with Jordan Brand since 2014, taking part of global campaigns and other events throughout the course of his tenure.
Details of why he left have not surfaced but he is looking to be endorsed for this season, especially ahead of the NBA All-Star game. Look for the 4-time All Star to command a huge salary, considering he’s the biggest free agent in the game currently.
