While the basketball world is debating LeBron vs. The Golden State Warriors and Michael Jordan’s legacy, we saw an unusual story line emerge for the great battle of June. Rihanna, who’s a regular game attendee for various teams, was court side for last night’s game 1, to support friend LeBron James. However, in the middle of the fourth quarter, Kevin Durant was attempting free throws, as the sexy singer screamed “brick,” which Durant looked over and smirked.
Well, moments later, KD was in transition on fast break and drilled a three – starring directly at the bad girl after the shot went in. After the game, RiRi was seen exiting with her crew saying, “It doesn’t matter bitch, the King is still in the house.” Before the players went home, Kevin took questions after his coming out party and was asked whether or not he and RiRi had a legit sports beef going on.
It’s no secret that Kevin has a deep admiration for the bad girl, as he even admitted that he would marry her – if he could be with any girl in the world. So, yes, this is legitimately the only interesting real story-line that matters right now in the entire post-season, not LeBron James anymore.
