LeBron James isn’t the only one sleeping with the Larry O’Brien trophy or carrying it everywhere he goes, it seems like it is being passed around the team. Kevin Love is this week’s recipient, taking it to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as special guest.
Colbert got to hold it for a bit before he started asking him about Draymond Green kicking everyone in the balls, how it felt to stop Steph Curry down the stretch and what his first NBA Finals felt like. Love said he wanted to play in the Finals so bad after suffering the shoulder injury last year and not being able to step on the court and coming back from a 3-1 series deficit was incredible.
He was also asked about the crying LeBron James pic and how it went down, which happened by design because he wanted to be around someone to hug when the clock struck 0:00 and the game was over. Kevin also showed off the championship belt the WWE made for the Cavs to celebrate their win.
But the big question is, will Lil Kev even be back next season?
