Laremy Tunsil Admits To Taking Cash from Ole Miss Coaches

DRAFT DAY FAILZ

This Laremy Tunsil story on NFL Draft Day went from bad to baffling in the course of an hour and the side eyes just kept coming as the night wore on.

It all started with the Ole Miss tackle being regarded as one of the top picks in the draft. If it wasn’t for the Los Angeles Rams trading for the number one pick to draft a quarterback, he probably would have gone number one. Since shit changed prior, his stock slipped to Top 5.

Then as the draft started, his Twitter put up a video of him smoking a substance out of a gas mask. We can all assume this guy was lighting that weed and skyrocketing to the moon with that hit.

Then next thing you know, his draft position started sliding. Joey Bosa, Ezekiel Elliott and Jalen Ramsey went before him. Ronnie Stanley became the first tackle to be taken off the board. Jack Conklin was drafted before him thanks to the Tennessee Titans. His look in the green room was of pure defeat. Questions flew about how long would it take for a team to risk their pick on him. Some even questioned if he would even go the first day of the draft anymore.

Finally, Tunsil heard his name. The Miami Dolphins took a chance on him with the No. 13 pick.

Everyone wanted to know what was good with his Twitter account video, but he remained quiet in interviews besides saying it got hacked. There were more questions than answers.

Now there’s Instagram messages exposing the fact he took money from Ole Miss coaches John Miller and Barney Farrar for his rent and mother’s light bill.

Both his Twitter and Instagram accounts have since been deleted. And the story just keeps getting more puzzling and ridiculous than when the night first started.

You would have though this was an episode of HBO’s Ballers, but it’s real life.
