It seemed like he called out the young core directly, saying that if the distractions are getting to you, the Lakers franchise is not the one you should be playing for. He also said that the Lake Show can’t dwell on this loss and need to focus on the next game and keep grinding.
With losses to the New York Knicks, Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Pelicans (without Anthony Davis) and a tough schedule ahead, chances are, they won’t make the postseason.
