The time has finally come, March Madness is upon us! The brackets are officially set and the first round action is set to get underway on Tuesday. With the conference tournaments finishing up today, the committee was ready to roll out their brackets and fans across the country were ready to start filling them out. While some NCAA tournament dreams and tickets were punched, other bubbles were burst. As expected, the four #1 seeds in the tournament were Florida, Arizona, Wichita State and Virginia.
With the First Four games getting underway on Tuesday in Dayton, Ohio it is time to start to get your brackets together. Don’t forget that Warren Buffet is giving away $1 billion for a perfect bracket, so make sure you study up!

Some of the interesting things about the bracket this year is the fact that Louisville was seeded #4, when they were projected to be at least a #2 in a region. Other notable mentions include Wichita State’s path to the Final Four comes at one of the strongest regions, the bloodbath that will be the Midwest. Some of the notable teams to not make it were SMU and Florida State, while Iowa and NC State were able to sneak in.
