New York Knicks Rejected A Trade From Hawks for No. 3 Draft Pick

The deals are trying to be finalized ahead of Thursday’s NBA Draft and there are a few teams trying to make moves. The Atlanta Hawks are one of those organizations, who are trying to move their eighth and tenth picks before then.

According to ESPN, they called the New York Knicks to make an offer on the No. 3 pick and the Knicks declined the deal with them.

Apparently, the Knicks are not interested in moving down.

As of now, RJ Barrett is a shoe-in to be picked at No. 3 for New York, with Darius Garland gaining some interest as well.

One team trying to acquire more assets is the New Orleans Pelicans, who could trade their No. 4 pick that they got from the Los Angeles Lakers in that Anthony Davis trade. Look for teams like the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves to try to inquire about that pick.
