Pacers Fans Chant “Lebron’s Gonna Trade You” to Brandon Ingram

It’s been a tough week for the Los Angeles Lakers. Not only have their veterans been involved in arguments with Coach Luke Walton, but their young players have been the talk of trade rumors, with reports coming out that three or four of them would be involved in an Anthony Davis deal.

With that type of expendability, it’s no surprise that the Indiana Pacers handed LeBron James the worst loss of his career last night.

During a free throw attempt by Brandon Ingram, the crowd at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indiana taunted Brandon Ingram for those news reports, chanting “LeBron’s gonna trade you” while he shot the ball. It didn’t seem to phase him at the time because he hit the shots, but the psychi had to mess with him after the fact.

After the game, James was asked about the rumors and trade scenarios flying around and told the media that as young players, the best thing you can do is stay off social media. He acknowledges its hard because the young guys love social media, but it’s best if they don’t look at it now.

It’s clear the Lakers are broken right now and the trade rumors are the cause of it. LeBron in and out of the lineup probably hasn’t helped either, but with AD seemingly not going to LA before the deadline, how will the team bounce back from this adversity? Will they crumble and not make the playoffs? That would be a disaster.
