Paul George Scores 33 Points in Clippers Debut Loss to Pelicans

We’ve been waiting the entire season to see Paul George make his Los Angeles Clippers debut but we’ll have to wait a little longer to see him play alongside Kawhi Leonard. The Klaw was resting on the second day of a back-to-back due to “left knee injury management” so PG13 got to work with his new team.

In the game, George scored 33 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in his first game of the year, though the Clippers lost to the New Orleans Pelicans.

The worst part about it is the fact that Pels were playing without Lonzo Ball, Zion Williamson, Josh Hart and Brandon Ingram.

L.A. sits at 7th in the Western Conference at this point of the season.

Though the team hasn’t been firing on all cylinders like people expected, the team is still trying to come together in the midst of injuries and new additions.
