ESPN Films: 30 for 30 ‘The Nature Boy’

The life and times of wrestling legend, Ric Flair

This week, ESPN continued Volume III of their critically-acclaimed sports documentary series, 30 for 30. Professional Wrestling Icon, Ric Flair, was next to have his entire story told to the general public. Prior to that, Flair had a life-threatening health scare, which people feared for the worst.

He was soon placed in a medically induced coma for a week, after undergoing surgery for alleged kidney failure; then spending the next six weeks rehabilitating. Soon after his return home, the 68-year-old was approached by Disney for his new ESPN documentary, The Nature Boy. The story, which can be viewed in full below, gives a look into his insane lifestyle over the last five decades.

Through that revelation, he opened up on sleeping with more 10,000 women and having up to 15 drinks a day before he nearly died in August. Take a look at the entire story below.
