Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant Talk Smack To Each Other Face-To-Face

The Golden State Warriors were in Oklahoma City to face the Thunder as former teammates Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook were going against each other like fierce rivals. We all know what happened when KD left OKC, but there may be some harbored feelings still from each side that hit a boil tonight.

During the third quarter on a steal that went out of bounds, Durant started talking trash at Westbrook and the two continued taunting each other until it escalated. They didn’t fight, but they went forehead to forehead as they kept talking shit.

Eventually, teammates stepped in and separated them but everyone wanted to see the two go back and forth like wolves.

Meanwhile, Russ exploded for damn near a triple double and helping the Thunder win against their arch nemesis in the Western Conference. Westbrook finished with 34 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists on the night.

Carmelo Anthony also added 22 points and Paul George had a double-double, with 20 points and 11 rebounds on the night.

On the other side of the ball, Durant had a solid 21 points and Steph Curry added 24 points for Dub Nation in the loss.
