The Vincess owns Chicago fans in Punk’s hometown
Two weeks ago, WWE was in Los Angeles, where The Rock would secretly shoot a scene for his upcoming film. However, with most of the crowd still on hand to see the great one cut an in-ring promo, he spontaneously called CM Punk – as fans were chanting for his name in the ring.
Well, Punk completely ignored Dwayne Johnson and said thanks to the attendees of Staples Center. We’re assuming this didn’t sit well with the WWE, as they went out there way to publicly mock Punk in his hometown of Chicago, last night on RAW. As Stephanie McMahon approached the ring to set up a match for next month’s WrestleMania, she was greeted with chants of their hero.
She would soon respond to the chants, calling them losers like Punk, in reference to his UFC debut over the summer. Unfortunately, her husband wasn’t done with making sure to get his two cents in, mocking Punk’s claims of the WWE not conducting proper treatment for their athletes.
