Thunder Hold On Down the Stretch To Beat Rockets in Oklahoma City

This was a must win for the Oklahoma City Thunder. They were down 0-2 to the Houston Rockets and headed back home to try to tie things up and make it a first round NBA playoffs thriller.

First step? Win Game 3. Check.

Russell Westbrook had his second consecutive triple double, dropping 32 points, 11 assists and 13 rebounds in the game. But most importantly, the Thunder got the win.

It was close all the way down the stretch, with both teams going on a free-throw shooting spree with less than two minutes left in the game, but James Harden and the Rockets had a chance to win.

The Beard had the rock in his hands and held it for the last shot, but he missed the three that would have won the game for the Rockets. Ultimately it bricked and OKC held on.

Harden finished with 44 points and 6 assists in the loss, with Lou Williams getting 22 points off the bench.

Game 4 will be played in Oklahoma City tomorrow, where the Thunder will look to even things up.

FINAL: OKC 115 | HOU 113
