Warren G Gets Booed During Cubs “Take Me Out To The Ballgame”

REGULATORSSSSS!!!

We respect Warren G so much for being an OG from the West Coast (we hate doing this to him), but his appearance in Chicago today was too funny not to at least laugh at.

During the 7th inning stretch at today’s Chicago Cubs vs. Atlanta Braves baseball game, the Long Beach rapper managed to get booed by the crowd at Wrigley Field thanks to his rendition of “Take Me Out To The Ball Game.” For whatever reason, he started the song like “Regulators” by saying ‘MOUNT UP!” and then he fumbled the opening lyrics of the song.

Not to mention singing the whole thing off-key.

The fans forgot about it by the time he got to ‘root root for the CUBBIES!,’ cheering for the team to get more runs to end the game. For the record, the Cubs won 6-1 thanks to Jon Lester striking out 10 batters in seven innings pitched and a grand slam by Matt Szczur in the bottom of the eighth.

So, that Warren G singing worked after all, huh?
